Travel and accommodation:

Travel and accommodation arrangements will be made by a contractor on behalf of EACEA. The contractor will contact you to make arrangements .

Please do not book any travel and accommodation yourself. EACEA will not reimburse any travel costs that you will have booked yourself.

Travel costs and one night of hotel accommodation in a single room (with breakfast included) will be offered and paid for under the Erasmus Mundus Support Initiative (EMSI). Should you require an additional night of accommodation (which can be granted only if your travel itinerary needs an extra night), please let us know. Please also note that no other special requests can be granted under the initiative (e.g. no double bed requests, no additional nights, etc.).
The organisers will provide coffee breaks and a lunch during the Study Visit, in addition to the dinner on 11/03/2026.
